As a grommet, my best surfing and skating moves were rocking skate or surf gear while holding my board and wishing I could do tricks. I thought girls might notice me in my Ocean Pacific shirt and shorts. I was wrong.
I rocked everything from Lightning Bolt, Off Shore, Gotcha, and more. It bummed me out to read here that a few of my favorite iconic brands are biting the dust. Quiksilver and Billabong were two of my favorites.
As long as there is still a Ron Jon’s in Cocoa Beach, surf style itself will never die.
